Company Invests 45 Million Euro in the Black Sea's Sozopol Resort

A Bulgarian property management and residential home development company is about to launch a forty-five million Euro project for a development near the Black Sea Sozopol resort.
The holiday complex will be situated on the Kolokita cape, which is only two kilometers south of Sozopol. The vacation complex is planned to accommodate 186 property units, including fifty-six semi-detached and twenty-one single family houses, shops, restaurants, hotel and a spa center. The entire development will have a built-up area of 34000 square meters. The single-family houses areas start from 260 square meters and will include a large yard. The 1 and 2-bedroom suites range between 60 and 145 square meters while the three-bedroom apartments are from 160 - 167 square meters.
